Charcoal & Thyme Facial Soap

A powerhouse of a soap bar. I’ve formulated it to contain plant oils & butters that are suited for oily or blemished facial skin, although it can be used on affected areas of the body also. Tamano oil has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory & skin healing properties. Hemp Seed oil which is high in linolenic & linoleic acid is great for inflammed skin. And the star is Thyme infused in olive oil which is high in thymol, known for it’s anti-septic properties. Activated Charcoal helps draw out toxins & the essential oil blend of Lavender, Tea Tree, Lemon Myrtle & Manuka work together to calm, soothe & heal blemished skin.

Thyme - “Thymus Vulgaris” An amazing little herb that is well known for it’s use in the kitchen. But medicinally, it has great anti-septic properties due to the thymol content and can be used internally & externally. It was used throughout history as a powerful antiseptic medicating gauze & wool for surgical dressings. It can also be used for sore throats & is great for digestive problems.

Saponified oils of Olive-infused with Thyme Leaves, Coconut, Hemp Seed, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower, Castor & Tamano, Home distilled Lavender Hydrosol, Glycerine, Pure Therapeutic Essential oils of Lavender, Tea Tree, Lemon Myrtle & Manuka, Kaolin Clay & Activated Charcoal.

Soap Care
Before you use your soap, keep in a cool, dry place. Once in use, keep your soap on a well drained surface like a “soap dish” or hang in a “soap saver”. The more it drys out between uses, the more time it can spend with you.
