Arnica - “Arnica Montana” An amazing medicinal botanical used to help with trauma, such as bruises, sprains, strains, helps with shock & speeds up healing. Also good for inflammation from insect bites. Athletes use it externally to help recover from muscle strain & speed recovery after a work-out. It is best used externally only & should not be used on broken or cut skin.
Rosemary - “Salvia Rosmarinus” Rich in antioxidants as well as iron, calcium & vitamins A, C & B6. Making it a great culinary botanical. It also has anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial properties. It is also known as a cognitive stimulant which can help you feel more awake & focused & it helps improve memory. It’s uplifting & energizing smell can improve moods & reduce stress.

Custom Mineral Salt blend of Dead Sea Salt, Pink Himalayan Salt & NZ Fine Sea Salt, Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate), Arnica infused Oil, French Green Clay, Rosemary Botanicals and an Essential Oil blend of Lavender, Marjoram, Ginger, Rosemary, Peppermint & Wintergreen.
Directions
Add a generous amount (1/4 to 1/2 cup) to running bath water or foot bath, relax & enjoy.
If your not keen on floaty bits in your bath, pop your bath salts into a muslin bag & place under running water, squeezing occasionally to release the botanical benefits.
Store in a cool, dry place.
