Calendula - “Calendula Officinalis” known for it’s bright yellow to orange petals. I call it “mother nature’s first aid” botanical. It has many amazing properties, used both internally & externally, even in cooking. The flowers are anti-septic, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral & anti-bacterial. Externally, it’s used to heal damaged & inflamed skin such as minor cuts, rashes, eczema & acne. It helps to soothe & heal burns & helps to reduce pain & swelling. Wow!

Before you use your soap, keep in a cool, dry place. Once in use, keep your soap on a well drained surface like a “soap dish” (non-metallic) or hang in a “soap saver”. The more it drys out between uses, the more time it can spend with you.
For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use
***If pregnant - seek medical advice before using essential oils***

A Detox Salt Soap. The Charcoal will help draw out any toxins whilst the Lavender Hydrosol has skin healing anti-microbial properties. Great if you have any skin issues.
You’d think having salt in a soap would feel scratchy but not these. I use a very fine NZ sea salt to avoid that scratchy feeling. These salt bars are creamy, moisturising & skin softening. The lather is almost lotion-like. Your skin will feel like you’ve been to a day spa.
Just to note: This soap is topped with Coarse Pink Himalayan Sea Salt which will be quite scratchy initially on your skin, you can either remove it or use the other side.
