Muscle Ease Balm

Shea Butter - rich in vitamins A & E and fatty acids which has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. It is ideal for damaged, irritated skin & it moisturises deeply helping to soothe dry skin & improve skin elasticity.
Kokum Butter - easily absorbed into the skin with great anti-inflammatory properties.
Arnica - soothes muscle aches & pains, reduces inflammation, can help with bruising from injuries & encourages wound healing.
Essential Oil Blend -rosemary, peppermint, black pepper, juniper, camphor, lavender, marjoram, ginger & wintergreen. An epic blend of pure therapeutic essential oils that work synergistically to help with painful, sore, tired muscles, also providing heat to the muscles thus helping to improve circulation and the build-up of lactic acid in the muscles.Shea Butter - rich in vitamins A & E, plant sterols, minerals which all help to lock in moisture, increase elasticity & nourishes dry, inflamed skin.
Organic Sugar - gives a mild-moderate exfoliation helping to remove dead skin & also helps to boost circulation.
Essential Oil Blend - sweet orange, lemon, grapefruit & lemongrass. A refreshing, uplifting zesty blend that not only gives you clearer, more radiant skin but boosts your mood & positivity.

Lavender - “Lavendula angustifolia” has analgesic properties.
Rosemary - “Rosmarinus officinalis” anti-inflammatory & analgesic properties which help relieve muscle aches & pains.
Turmeric - “Curcuma longa” contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce pain & inflammation. It can also help with muscle recovery by reducing soreness & improving exercise performance. It has also been known to help ease delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
Ginger - “Zingiber officinale” contains anti-inflammatory compounds & gingerols which can reduce intense muscle pain & soreness.
Comfrey - “Symphytum officianale” contains allantoin, which helps new skin cells grow. It also has analgesic, anti-inflammatory & wound healing properties. It can also be used to heal bruises.
St John’s Wort - “Hypericum perforatum” has anti-inflammatory & analgesic properties to help with sore muscles & joints as well as treating nerve pain. It also boosts the healing of bruises by increasing circulation of oxygenated blood to damaged muscle cells.
Arnica - “Arnica montana” is known as the injury remedy. It helps with muscles aches, stiffness, pain, swelling & bruising. It reduces inflammation & it can help heal wounds.

Healing Botanicals of Lavender, Rosemary, Turmeric, Ginger, Comfrey & St. John's Wort infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Locally sourced Beeswax, Mango Butter, Kokum Butter, Avocado Butter, Arnica infused in Sunflower Oil, Cera Bellina Wax, Vitamin E, Pure Therapeutic Essential Oils of Rosemary, Peppermint, Black Pepper, Juniper, Camphor, Lavender, Marjoram, Ginger & Wintergreen.

Massage liberally into sore muscles & joints.
Do not apply to broken skin.
Avoid eye area. Wash hands after using.
Please perform a patch test before using by applying a small amount of Muscle Ease Balm to forearm. If after an hour, there is an adverse reaction, discontinue use.

Keep out of direct sunlight and heat, as this will melt your balm. If it does get a bit soft, just pop it into the fridge to cool and harden. Bear in mind that the ingredients may degrade due to heat.

Homegrown Lemonbalm infused in Olive Oil & made into a Hydrosol gives you fresh citrusy notes. I’ve used pink Himalayan sea salt which has an exfoliating scrubby feel to the skin. Great for someone who prefers a scrubby soap & great for sorting out the cellulite. These salt bars are creamy, moisturising & skin softening. The lather is almost lotion-like. A Detox Salt Soap. The Charcoal will help draw out any toxins whilst the Lavender Hydrosol has skin healing anti-microbial properties. Great if you have any skin issues.
You’d think having salt in a soap would feel scratchy but not these. I use a very fine NZ sea salt to avoid that scratchy feeling. These salt bars are creamy, moisturising & skin softening. The lather is almost lotion-like. Your skin will feel like you’ve been to a day spa.
Just to note: This soap is topped with Coarse Pink Himalayan Sea Salt which will be quite scratchy initially on your skin, you can either remove it or use the other side.
