Peppermint & Spearmint - “Mentha Piperita & Mentha Spicata” Both these botanicals are great for culinary uses such as in a tea, mainly because of their calming effect on the digestive system. They can also be used topically for their cooling & soothing effects, calming skin irritation, itchiness & reducing redness. And they are great for energizing, stimulating & refreshing the mind & body.

You’d think having salt in a soap would feel scratchy but not these. I use a very fine NZ sea salt to avoid that scratchy feeling. These salt bars are creamy, moisturising & skin softening. The lather is almost lotion-like. Your skin will feel like you’ve been to a day spa.
Just to note: This soap is topped with Coarse Pink Himalayan Sea Salt which will be quite scratchy initially on your skin, you can either remove it or use the other side.
