Lavender Dreams Balm

Mango Butter - rich in vitamins A & C and fatty acids which moisturises & softens skin, is hydrating & soothes irritation & dryness.
Shea Butter - rich in vitamins A & E, plant sterols, minerals which all help to lock in moisture, increase elasticity & nourishes dry, inflamed skin.
Jojoba Oil - a liquid plant wax that helps soften & smooth dry skin.
Avocado Oil - rich in fatty acids & carotenoids, it has so many benefits for the skin including being hydrating, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging helping to soften & moisturise skin, soothe & heal irritated skin, maintain skins elasticity by boosting collagen production and reducing the appearance of age spots, heal sun damage & scarring.
Grapeseed Oil - a light, absorbing & nourishing oil.
Essential Oil Blend - lavender, clary sage & marjoram. A harmonious synergy of essential oils designed to promote relaxation and restful sleep. The calming properties of lavender known for reducing anxiety and enhancing tranquility. Complementing the lavender, clary sage aids in alleviating stress and balancing emotions, while marjoram contributes a warm, comforting scent that fosters a sense of peace. -
Lavender - “Lavendula angustifolia” has analgesic & antimicrobial properties so great for any skin issues such as burns, insect bites, cuts or rashes.
Rose - “Rosa spp.” A calming botanical with a gentle nervine property, great for soothing the senses & inducing a calming effect while reducing irritation in dry skin.
Hawthorn - “Crataegus spp.” the leaves & flowers provide calming, nervine properties helping provide relaxation.
Passionflower - “Passiflora incarnata L.” has nervine & sedative properties helping to calm & soothe the nervous system.
Lemonbalm - “Melissa officinalis” , a gentle nervine which helps calm & rejuvenate the nervous system easing anxiety, nervous tension & headaches.
Chamomile - “Matriccaria Chamomilla” best known for its wonderful calming & relaxing properties which can help with sleep.
Hops - “Humulus lupulus” helps to aid sleep & ease anxiety. -
Healing Botanicals of Lavender, Rose, Hawthorn, Passionflower, Lemonbalm, Chamomile & Hops infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Locally sourced Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Cera Bellina Wax, Vitamin E, Pure Therapeutic Essential Oils of Lavender, Clary Sage & Marjoram.

For sleep: rub onto the soles of your feet, temples, pressure points & can also deeply inhale the balm on your hands.
For anxiety: rub onto your wrists & pressure points.
Avoid eye area. Wash hands after using.
Please perform a patch test before using by applying a small amount of Lavender Dreams Balm to forearm. If after an hour, there is an adverse reaction, discontinue use.

Keep out of direct sunlight and heat, as this will melt your balm. If it does get a bit soft, just pop it into the fridge to cool and harden. Bear in mind that the ingredients may degrade due to heat.

Very indulgent and deeply nourishing. Homegrown Lemonbalm infused in Olive Oil & made into a Hydrosol gives you fresh citrusy notes. I’ve used pink Himalayan sea salt which has an exfoliating scrubby feel to the skin. Great for someone who prefers a scrubby soap & great for sorting out the cellulite. These salt bars are creamy, moisturising & skin softening. The lather is almost lotion-like. Your skin will feel like you’ve been to a day spa.

And the star is Thyme infused in olive oil which is high in thymol, known for it’s anti-septic properties.
